Bond Assistance

Bond assistance is an interest free loan available to the wider public to help people access private rental housing. To be eligible you must be an Australian Citizen, permanent resident or hold a Special Category Visa (applicable to New Zealanders) or a Temporary Protection Visa. You must also have resided in the Northern Territory for the last three months. Exemptions may be made in priority circumstances such as persons escaping family violence or for sponsored refugees.
