BuildBonus

BuildBonus provides a grant to home buyers and investors, including companies and trustees purchase or build a new home, purchase a new unit (including off-the-plan) or start construction on a new home. The contract to purchase must be signed between 3 May 2011 and 31 December 2011 inclusive to be eligible.
